The company takes great pride in its Spanish heritage and craftsmanship, which is evident in every pair of shoes they produce.

The process begins when you are initiated into the art of shoemaking, this is an opportunity that not many people can boast.

You can choose from an array of styles and materials so that they fit just right, all at affordable prices!

From there, ADORSI's skilled craftsmen will begin custom-making your shoes from start to finish. Every detail - from the stitching to the construction of the sole - is done by hand.

The end result will be a pair of uniquely crafted shoes that are truly one-of-a-kind.

Sourcing the leathers and materials

The leathers and materials used to make our shoes are sourced from all over the world. The most common source of leather is from bovine animals such as calves and cows. These animal skins are used for both the soles and uppers of our shoes.

We offer a wide range of options when it comes to the leathers and materials used for our shoes. We have over 50 different options available in terms of colours, textures and finishes. We source our leathers and materials from the best tanneries and suppliers in the world to ensure that our products are of the highest quality.

Once you've designed and ordered your perfect pair of bespoke shoes, the process begin with gathering different materials in our workshop according to specifications for customizations.

Pattern cutting and assembly

Cutting is the next step where the leathers and materials are cut to shape and size according to the design of the shoe. This is a critical step in the process as it determines how the final product will look.

After the pattern cutting, the next stage is assembly. This is where all the pieces of the shoe are put together to form the final product. This stage is where the shoemaker's skill and expertise come into play as they put together all the different parts of the shoe.

Every shoe that leaves our workshop is an instant piece of artwork. The soul and shape of your shoe has been carefully constructed to be passed on. The artisans in charge will make sure the highest quality possible- only when this happens does it become your new acquisition!

Sewing and sole mounting

Once the leather was stretched and cleaned, they skillfully lined up their sewing machines in rhythm between the lining and the upper, the front support (puff) and the back support (counter) were inserted. The shoe upper is then fitted around the last using lost-head nails, distributed along the perimeter of the foot. Once all the different elements (meaning the sole, plant and pattern), they will be sewn into shape with great care to ensure that no part goes unnoticed or gets overlooked during this process

The best different construction techniques used in men’s footwear are Blake stitched and Goodyear stitching, they provide higher quality and offer unique benefits.

After the sewing was finished, it was time to move on to the next stage: sole mounting.

This is where the shoemaker attaches the sole to the upper part of the shoe. This is a critical step in the process, as it determines how comfortable the final product will be

Once the sole has been mounted, the shoemaker will check to make sure that everything is in order and that there are no defects. If everything looks good, the shoes will then be sent to the finishing department.

Patina workshop

Even when you're not a fan of shoe polish, this is way more than just another shine.

ADORSI hand-painted patina finishing is the crème de la crème of the handcrafting process. To achieve an aged, uniquely charming weathered look to their leather goods the process consists of carefully applying hand-painted layers.

The result of this unique artisanal precise bespoke process is a one-of-a-kind piece that cannot be replicated.

Finishing

The finishing process for your shoe is a series of operations. The first step in the process includes painting all soles, according to what color you have chosen on top-notch leathers like ours!

Polishing is an important stage in the production of shoes.

This stage includes manual cleaning and polishing of both upper materials as well as the sole unit. It's done to remove any impurities from leather, which helps maintain its quality and improves how it looks on your foot!

Quality Control

After the final stage of production, the last check is made to ensure that each shoe meets our high standards. Once they pass this quality control test, they are finally ready to be packaged and shipped off to their new owner!

Packaging

When you open the box, the first thing you will see is your new shoes, wrapped in an ADORSI dust bag and placed side by side. On top of that, you will find a shoehorn.

We recommend that you take your time to unwrap your new shoes and enjoy the experience. Inspect them closely and appreciate the craftsmanship that went into making them.

Once you have inspected your new shoes, we suggest that you put them on and walk around in them to get a feel for how they fit. If you are not satisfied with the fit, please contact us so that we can assist you further.
