Casual Brown Leather Oxford Shoes

This style is constructed using the Blake method. It’s characterized by a double binding (blake and rapid, precisely): while the first attaches upper, lining and insole; the second one secures the insole and outside sole together. The shoes are therefore easy to resole, and have greater flexibility.

Crust calf is untreated –not dyed– leather. It's usually used in its plain form, but it can be embossed with textures like pebble grain, full grain or croco. This leather is hand painted by our maestro colorist using natural dyes and oils.

Being an artisanal process, it is difficult to achieve uniform shades, especially in the lighter ones, although its main attraction is precisely its natural finish and the light transparency in its colors, which gives great distinction and versatility.

This sole are made in EVA material,

EVA stands for ethylene-vinyl acetate. That is an elastomeric polymer that produces materials that are "rubber-like" in softness and flexibility. It is a similar plastic made by combining ethylene and vinyl acetate to create rubbery properties that can be used for shoe soles.

Here are five reasons why we can choose to use EVA soles:

More flexibility. EVA tends to be softer than rubber, which means it has more flexibility.

Lighter. The EVA is lighter than the rubber which, combined with the merino wool upper, makes for a much lighter shoe.

Keeps you warmer. EVA doesn't conduct as much heat, which means your feet will stay warmer for longer. This makes it the ideal sole for our wool boot.

Impact absorption. Our EVA soles absorb more of the impact of your steps, making walking or running more comfortable in our shoes.

Durability. EVA soles can last longer than other soles.
